Reserve your order online for collection in-store. You will receive an email as soon as the order is ready for collection. If during the course of processing your order, an item is found to be unavailable, we will notify you by email. For orders reserved online, payment must be made in store when collecting the order (not applicable to trade credit account customers).

Due to the nature of certain items it may be necessary to carry out assembly and a pre-delivery inspection, we are unable to ship such items by parcel carrier and therefore they must be collected in-store, or delivered personally on our own transport (within a 30-mile radius of our Abridge depot). Any such items can be identified on the website with ''Pickup only'' under the product heading. If you would prefer us to deliver such items personally then payment must be made over the telephone with delivery to the cardholders address only.
